There are times in all our lives when one feels there are no solutions to the issues we face. Sometimes there are things one cannot share with people close to us because it's too personal or it feels inappropriate.

- You may be finding it difficult to cope with a mixture of feelings after bereavement or it may be difficult dealing with illness or disability.
- There may be some confusion around sex or sexuality.
- There may not be any problems in your current life but you simply want to explore feelings of anger, sadness, irritability, confusion, or something else that has been there for a long time and won't go away.
